How does it work?
1. Product Selection & Order Placement: Browse our digital catalog and contact our team directly to submit your order. We will verify your order details, confirm the total amount, and process a standard 50% initial deposit. If you need your items sooner than the typical 2-3 week window, we will let you know what options we have available.
2. Procurement & Scheduling: Once your deposit is received, we order the items directly from our partner suppliers. When we receive the notice of the estimated delivery date, our team will reach out to schedule your delivery and installation.
3. Receipt & Pre-Assembly: Shipments are delivered to our warehouse. Smaller inventory items are pre-assembled at our facility, while larger items are safely prepped for efficient on-site assembly and installation.
4. Delivery, Installation & Final Billing: Our technicians will safely deliver, install, and fully set up your items in your room of choice. The remaining account balance is due upon successful completion of services on that day. We will be adding online checkout and payments soon. If you need your items sooner, just let us know and we can find out what options are available.
Free consultation- We're happy to meet you at your home or office to take measurements to ensure everything fits perfectly. Deposits can be taken in person, over the phone, or via an electronic payment link.
Is there a warranty?
All products are covered against defects in materials and manufacturing for at least one year, some up to 5 years. The best part- we handle all warranty issues for you! Please see our warranty section for more details, and feel free to contact us with any questions.
When will our items be delivered/installed?
Most products arrive within 7-10 days. Although rare, larger items can take up to 21 days for delivery. When we receive the estimated delivery date, we will contact you to schedule. If you need your items sooner, please let us know when ordering and we will see what we can do to get it here faster. Extra shipping fees may apply, but if applicable, we will let you know and get your approval prior to ordering.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is already figured into the purchase price. There are no additional or surprise fees, unless you choose faster delivery or there's other special circumstances specified prior to ordering.
What is your service area?
Within 10 miles of Bismarck/Mandan. We also travel anywhere in the state of North Dakota, however, there is a small fee over 10 miles.
